General These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with Moonsurf Morocco, located in Imsouane, Morocco. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment by bank transfer. Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the start of your stay. Moonsurf Morocco reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: no refund.

In the event of cancellation by Moonsurf Morocco (e.g. force majeure, extreme weather conditions): full refund or rebooking at no extra cost, at the client's choice.

Activities & Liability Surfing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. Moonsurf Morocco provides qualified coaching and takes all reasonable safety precautions. However, participants take part in all surf sessions at their own risk. Moonsurf Morocco cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during activities. All participants are strongly advised to hold personal travel and sports insurance covering water sports before arrival.

Health & Fitness By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in surf activities. If in doubt, please consult a doctor before booking.

Accommodation Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Changes to Bookings Requests to change dates are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original arrival date. Moonsurf Morocco cannot guarantee availability for alternative dates.

Personal Data Personal information collected during the booking process (name, email, phone number) is used solely to manage your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
